the objective:
Tasked with redesigning a logo, I chose a brand that I thought had all the right elements however needed a bit of a change in order to further appeal to their audience. Green Toys is a sustainable toy brand that emphasizes the importance of educating children on environmentalism through play and imagination.
the concept:
For my redesign, I focused on making environmentalism fun and exciting. I brought back playful aspects of toys and imagination to combine it with the importance of sustainability. I strayed away from the typical 'muted' color tones that most sustainable brands tend to use and instead used saturated rich tones in order to catch the audience's-- which tends to be children-- attention.
